We collaborated with Propertify, a rising star in the real estate industry, to design a cutting-edge mobile app that would serve as a comprehensive marketplace for real estate transactions. Our goal was to create an app that not only simplifies the buying and selling process but also enhances user engagement through a seamless and intuitive design.

Problem Statement
Buying or selling a property can often feel overwhelming and confusing. Many real estate apps make it harder with cluttered interfaces, outdated listings, and limited ways to connect with agents. People want a simpler, smarter way to browse homes, get accurate info, and make confident decisions without the hassle. That’s where Propertify comes in. We designed the app to remove those frustrations by offering an easy-to-use, intuitive platform with real-time updates and personalized recommendations—helping users navigate the real estate world smoothly and find the perfect property with ease.
Challenges We Faced
Developing Propertify’s app Presented several key challenges:

Tight Timeline: Completing a full branding and app design within just one month required focused effort and efficient workflows.
User Experience Simplification: We needed to design an interface that streamlined complex real estate transactions while remaining intuitive and user-friendly.
Effective Asset Showcasing: The challenge was to present property listings in a visually appealing way that attracted potential buyers.
Promotional Feature Integration: We had to incorporate features that enabled effective marketing and promotion of listings within the app.
Competitive Differentiation: The app had to stand out in a crowded market, requiring a unique and engaging design.
Mobile Optimization: Ensuring seamless performance and responsiveness across all mobile devices was critical to the app's success.
Our Solution
We delivered a modern, cohesive brand identity for Propertify, paired with a user-centric app design that simplifies real estate transactions. Our design focused on intuitive navigation and clear, accessible information, making the app easy to use for all user types. We implemented a mobile-first approach, ensuring the app performs flawlessly on all devices.

Additionally, we enhanced the showcasing of properties with high-quality visuals and integrated promotional tools that allow users to market listings effectively. Finally, we incorporated unique features that differentiate Propertify from competitors, such as personalized user dashboards and advanced property search filters.

Style Guide
To maintain consistency and streamline future development, we created a comprehensive style guide and component library. This guide outlined the visual elements—colors, typography, and iconography—ensuring the app’s design remained cohesive and aligned with Propertify’s brand identity.

The component library featured reusable UI elements like buttons, forms, and property cards, enabling efficient updates and scalability as the app evolves.

We chose Plus Jakarta Sans for its modern and professional look, perfectly suited for the real estate industry. Plus Jakarta Sans clean lines and excellent readability made it the ideal choice for ensuring clarity across all text elements in the app. It was used consistently throughout the interface, from headlines to body text, reinforcing the app’s sleek and accessible design.
Color Combination
We chose a bold palette of orange, purple, and neutral tones to create a standout identity for Propertify. Orange adds energy and draws attention to key elements, while purple conveys luxury and trust. Neutral tones balance the design, ensuring a clean, professional look that resonates with users and reinforces the brand's presence in the real estate market.
